Contractual framework
These terms define the framework for services provided by OPALION SAS under the Abroad2Study name.
Order and payment
An order becomes binding after the quote and contract are accepted. Payment may be made online or by bank transfer at the time of order, according to the agreed documents.
Services
The exact scope, duration, timetable and price are those stated in the accepted quote and contract. Abroad2Study has a best-efforts obligation and cannot guarantee admission, a visa or employment.
Cancellation and refunds
The applicable withdrawal, cancellation and refund conditions are specified in the quote and contract, in accordance with mandatory consumer law.
Liability and disputes
Students remain responsible for the accuracy of their information and for official deadlines. French law applies. Contact contact@abroad2study.com first for any complaint.
