We may collect your study project, circumstances and contact details; visa guidance information; appointment details through Calendly; messages you send; and audience data when you consent.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to answer your request, prepare your first conversation, provide requested follow-up emails and, with consent, measure website traffic.
Recipients and providers
Data is available to the Abroad2Study team and processed through Lovable Cloud, email delivery services and Calendly. It is never sold for commercial purposes.
Retention and rights
Data is kept only as long as necessary, unless the law requires otherwise. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability at contact@abroad2study.com, and may complain to the CNIL.
Security
Communications are encrypted and protected spaces require authentication with controlled access.
